Are there standard check-in and checkout times for Bear Springs Hotel®?
Yes, check in time is 4pm, while check out time is 11am.

Does Bear Springs Hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
Yes, the hotel requires a $100 deposit, per room, for incidentals. This cannot be done in cash, and must be done on a credit card. The charge will be refunded within 5-7 days of check out.

Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, guests have access to our Fitness Center 24/7. Located on the ground floor, the room includes free weights, cardio equipment and other machines, as well as mats for stretching and complimentary towels. Fitness Center.

What is Bear Springs Hotel’s cancellation policy?
Please note that only cancellations made before the cancellation deadline are free of charge. If the cancellation is made after this deadline, or no cancellation is made at all, the hotel may charge the total price of the room. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to check in. Are roll-away beds/cribs available?
Bear Springs Hotel offers roll-away beds and cribs. Roll-away beds are available for $25/night while cribs are complimentary. You can add either to your booking when completing your purchase and select either option under Other Services & Options.

Can I store my luggage at the front desk?
Yes, we can look after your luggage. Contact our front desk for assistance.

Do you have WIFI available for hotel guests?
Yes, complimentary WIFI will be available for each guest in their room as well as at the Bistro, Bar, Lobby and our Business Center.

Does Bear Springs Hotel have a business center?
Our 24/7 business center, located on the ground floor, is equipped with high-speed internet and office supplies.

The business center also comes equipped with a Yaamava' Resort & Casino Kiosk, where Club Serrano Members can swipe their card and check their points, offers and so much more. Business Center.

Does the hotel offer shuttle service to Yaamava' Resort & Casino?
Yaamava' Resort & Casino provides complimentary 24/7 shuttle service to and from the Casino for Club Serrano members. Shuttles depart the Bear Springs Hotel Porte-cochere for the Casino on the hour and half hour (00:00 – 00:30) and depart the Casino bus lobby for Bear Springs 15 and 45 minutes past the hour (00:15 – 00:45).

Do Club Serrano Members get discounts and comps for Bear Springs Hotel?

Is there an extra charge if more than two adults stay in the hotel?
We allow up to four adults and three children to stay overnight at Bear Springs Hotel. There are no additional fees as this is included in the room rate.

Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?
We do not offer that service at our lobby.

Does Bear Springs Hotel boast any dining options?
Located in the lobby of Bear Springs is the Bear Springs Bistro & Lounge, a contemporary dining space featuring an innovative and exquisite selection of appetizers, entrées, desserts and more for all your breakfast, lunch and dinner needs. The Bistro is open daily, 8am – 8pm.

Bear Springs Bistro & Lounge also features award-winning mixologists pouring top-shelf brands and concocting unforgettable cocktails. Make sure to visit Bear Springs Bistro & Lounge during your stay at Bear Springs Hotel.

The Lounge is open daily, 12pm – 10pm.

What difference is there between a studio and a deluxe?
All studios have a sleeping area with ample closet space, a separate sitting area, a 43-inch flat screen TV with an integrated entertainment system, while a deluxe does not have a the separate sitting area.

When were the rooms last refurbished?
The hotel has very recently been fully renovated in December of 2018.

Do you offer hairdryers in your guest rooms?
Yes, each room is equipped with a complimentary hair dryer for guest’s usage while staying at Bear Springs Hotel.

Does Bear Springs have a pool and hot tub?
Yes, bask in the Southern California sunshine in our newly remodeled pool experience. Featuring a bubbling hot tub, outdoor fire pit and comfy lounge chairs – it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Do you have adjoining rooms?
Yes. If you require adjoining rooms, please request them when making your booking.

Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.

Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?
Yes, we have hearing and mobility accessible rooms that feature a roll-in shower.

Do you have coffee makers in each of the rooms?
Yes, there are Keurig® Coffee machines in each room.

Do the bathrooms have baths or showers?
All of our rooms have showers.

How many floors does the hotel have?
The hotel has three floors in all.

Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?
Unfortunately, pets are not welcome at Bear Springs Hotel.

How far in advance do I have to book?
As soon as you have planned your trip!

Is it cheaper to book Online?
On our site, you will find a number of deals that are cheaper than the official rate, but there are certain restrictions.

Is the Online booking procedure secure?
Yes, we use the SSL protocol, so all bookings made on our site are secure.

Are the prices quoted per room or per person?
The prices quoted are always per room, but it is always important to check for the most comfortable type of room and disclose during the booking process how many adults and children will be staying over night.

Are children allowed to stay at Bear Springs Hotel?
Yes, guests under the age of 21 are allowed to stay at Bear Springs Hotel with an adult.

Does the hotel have a meeting & conference room?
Bear Springs Hotel is well equipped to provide everything you require to ensure a successful meeting or special event, from current AV technology to delectable catering menus. Our 3,149-square foot private event space – the city of Highland’s only event center – is easily accessible, located adjacent to the hotel at San Manuel Village on the corner of Highland and Boulder, just west of Highway 330 & blocks from Yaamava' Resort & Casino.

The contemporary event center can accommodate up to 275 guests and is designed and built to match the stunning architecture and beautiful landscaping of the other buildings within San Manuel Village and can include floor-to-ceiling room dividers for smaller gatherings to create a more intimate feel.

I need more than one room. Can I book two rooms at once? What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?

Accepted forms of payment include Credit/Debit Card (VISA ®, Master-card ®, American Express ®, Discover ®).

Can I book a hotel room with my Yaamava' Resort & Casino points?

Are there any taxes or additional fees included in my rate?
Yes, there is a Occupancy Tax (7%) and a California Tourism Assessment fee (0.00195%) that is charged to each room/night.

Do you provide irons and ironing boards during my stay?
Yes, upon request.

How can I get assistance with my luggage while arriving/departing my hotel room?

Is smoking marijuana permitted on the property?
Smoking marijuana is not permitted at Bear Springs Hotel.
