Face coverings are strongly recommended while indoors.
Acceptable face coverings: Has two or more layers of washable, breathable fabric; completely cover your mouth and nose; fit snugly against the sides of your face and does not have gaps; has a nose wire to prevent air from leaking. Face shields are not a substitute for face coverings.
Unacceptable face coverings: Masks with vents, holes or valves, scarf, ski mask, neck gaiter, balaclava, bandana, turtle neck, collar, single layer of fabric.

Will Bear Springs Bistro be open?
Yes, indoor/outdoor dining at Bear Springs Bistro is available. Tables are sanitized after each guest. The Lounge at Bear Springs Bistro is open from 11am - 10pm.
Will room service be available?
Yes, 24/7 room service will be available and is contactless. We will transfer the table at the door but not enter the room.
Is the pool or gym open?
Yes, both are open at full capacity.
Do I have to get my room cleaned every day, if I am staying for longer than one night?
Stay over service may be requested at check-in.
